Membership to the trussed rafter KPI network is open to trussed rafter businesses who are members of the TRA or TRADA. The network comprises trussed rafter firms that provide data which is used to create a benchmark.

The following trussed rafter KPIs business issues were identified through consultation and comprise:

       Sales per man hour (£)

       Conversion rate (%)

       On time delivery (%)

       Delivery rescheduling (%)

       Forward Orders

       Productivity

       Number of Lost Days

       Number of accidents

Data is recorded monthly.

It is important that the process is kept as simple as possible and to that end all that is needed is for the data KPI sheet to be completed and faxed/emailed back. This information is then input into a database which contains information from other trussed rafter companies. It will be used in an aggregated format to create the trussed rafter benchmarks.
