Membership
to the joinery KPI network is open to joinery businesses
who are members of the BWF or TRADA. The network comprises
of joinery firms that provide data, which is used to create
a benchmark.
The following joinery KPIs business issues were identified
through consultation and comprise:
It is important that the process is kept as simple as possible
and to that end all that is needed is for the data
KPI sheet to be completed and faxed/emailed back. This information
is then input into a database which contains information
from other joinery companies. It will be used in an aggregated
format to create the industry benchmarks.

the strictest of confidence and only used in aggregated
format.
