The issue of data confidentiality is of paramount importance.
timberKPIs is being managed by the Business Solutions Group which
is a business unit within TRADA Technology Ltd. Access to any
company specific information is restricted to the Business Solutions
Team. Philip
Becker (Head of the Business Solutions Group) is managing
the project and Jo
Cane is responsible for data management.
In order to ensure that the correct management processes are in
place a nominated person from each trade body can at any time
review the data management processes. But they cannot view any
specific sets of data.
In order to ensure that the KPIs are not attributable to any specific
company, a minimum of ten businesses must be involved in the programme.
Naturally the higher the number of companies involved the more
robust the KPI.
